Corrections, profile ownership and removal requests
Atlas profiles can be reviewed through a documented, source-based process. Submissions do not change public pages automatically.
Suggest a factual correction
Provide the exact Atlas profile URL, the field that should change, the proposed corrected value and a current official source supporting the request.
Add an official source
Submit the public URL and explain which part of the profile it supports. Sources should be controlled by the project, its operator or another authoritative organisation.
Profile ownership
An ownership request should come from a work email associated with the project’s official domain or include another reasonable method of verifying the authorised representative.
Scope of ownership
Verification allows the representative to submit evidence and request updates. It does not transfer ownership of the Atlas page, guarantee promotional wording or remove the operator’s responsibility for source review and independent presentation.
Removal requests
A removal request should identify the profile, the requester’s relationship to the project and the factual, legal, safety or operational reason for removal.
Radar corrections
A newer Radar observation may replace previous public website evidence. A request should distinguish between an outdated observation, an incorrect project-domain relationship and a temporary website-access problem.
Manual review
No submission changes a profile automatically. The operator may request additional evidence, reject unsupported claims or retain an accurate public-source record where there is a legitimate basis to do so.
